Welcome back to another exclusive interview on the v2 wrestling podcast.

Tonight, Adam and Gavin are joined by Global Force Wrestling President and CEO, Jeff Jarrett.

During the course of the interview, Jeff discusses the current developments and timescales for Global Force Wrestling, his relationships with other wrestling organisations and a look back at some of the pivotal moments in his career.

He talks about his relationships with Jim Ross, Vince Russo, CM Punk and Steve Austin, and addresses the controversial nature of his departure from WWE.

Throughout the interview, Jeff displayed an obvious passion for the industry, not only as a promoter but also as a true fan of the business.

Thanks to Jeff for his time and for being so open about his time in wrestling. Following the interview, we are genuinely excited for the future of GFW and its potential to produce a product which will return to wrestling basics.

V2 Wrestling Interview with Al Snow and Grado
January 28, 2015 06:50 AM PST

Tomorrow night see TNA Impact return to the UK for another 3 nights of
wrestling action, taking in Glasgow, Manchester and London.

The tour kicks off in Glasgow on the 26th January and features all of the
major wrestlers on the TNA roster, including Kurt Angle, Bobby Roode and
current TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Bobby Lashley.

However, there is one match that has drawn the attention of the Glasgow
audience more than any other – Al Snow vs Grado.

Over the last year, Grado has grown from a guilty pleasure to mainstay of
Scottish television. Appearing in the BBC documentary about Glasgows
Insane Wrestling Championship and now a regular on BBC Scotlands soap
River City, Grado has carved out a fan base that most British wrestlers
can only dream of.

In the last few months, Grado has taken part in TNAs British Boot Camp II,
a reality show that took the best of the British scene and put them
through the challenges of what it takes to be a TNA wrestler. And as
always, Grado was the one who stood out but not for the right reasons.

During the try outs, Grado turned up late for his 2nd audition, incurring
the wrath of judge Al Snow. The show captured Grados attempts to win over
the respect of Al throughout the series, to very little success.

After being eliminated from the competition, Grado finally stood up to the
former WWF European, Hardcore and Tag champion, issuing a challenge to Al.
Which leads us back to Glasgow.

Tomorrow night, Grado gets to live his dream of wrestling at Glasgows
premier venue.
I was fortunate to catch up with Al and Grado ahead of their match on
Thursday. The audio can be found below but lets just say that the
animosity from Snow hasn’t diminished one bit!

Welcome back to another edition of the v2 Wrestling podcast and welcome to all of our listeners on TNAsylum.com and the 606v2.com forum.

This week the team is made up of your host Adam, along with regulars Chris and Richard who come together for a look at TNAs Friday debut and another disappointing RAW.

We kick off the proceedings with Adam going Josh Matthews on good ol’ JRs podcast (again). Do you agree that JR is out of touch with his audience?

The panel then moves on to look at how the production of TNAs Friday debut fared. The main points from the show are discussed before the team set their TNA question of the week:
What better name could the initials BDC stand for?

Don't forget that next week, I will be interviewing Al Snow and Grado ahead of their clash at the Glasgow, so please drop us your questions.

We then move on to RAW and look at the state of the tag division, with special focus on how some feuds seem to have been repeated ad infinitum and how poorly the Ascension have been made to look. We then finish off with a quick prediction of the Royal Rumble. We would love to hear who you think is going to win the Rumble and title match.

Please do let us know if you have any questions for Al Snow and Grado who will both be on next Wednesdays show. To ask a question or answer any of the above, please email us at wrestling@v2journal.com or contact us through twitter or facebook and please make sure to submit any questions you would like us to discuss!
